Vermillion Cliffs National Monument - Jacob's Pools Access

Hike Access:  A moderate 6 mile round-trip dayhike on an unmaintained trail into Paria Canyon-Vermilion Cliffs Wilderness Area.  Trail can be difficult to follow.  Look for footprints or cairns.  This hike offers spectacular views of House Rock Valley.  Elevations range from 5,200-6,800 feet.

Directions to Trailhead:  From US 89A,  turn off onto the road just west of milepost 557.  Take this road past the corral over the hill and down to where plastic pipes carry water from a hillside seep into Jacob’s Pool.
