The Executive Committee is the Palo Verde Group's board of directors. It is elected by chapter members and like other non-profits, this committee is responsible for policy direction, overseeing the budget, staff and volunteers, and is engaged in fundraising. The Executive Committee meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 8:00M pm except in August and December. Meetings are held in the 2nd floor conference room located on the southeast corner of the Quality Inn and Suites/Los Olivos Professional Center, 202 E. McDowell Rd, Phoenix.
